Concord loads official bulk files only. The date on a table is when that file was released. A single nutrient can be older: Frida, the German BLS, and CoFID often copy a number from USDA or from another country’s table, and that borrowed source and its year are shown on the value. Branded foods and Open Food Facts are package labels, not laboratory analyses, and they are not in the comparison. Poland’s tables are sold, not open. Missing micronutrients are left blank rather than guessed.
